Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the information published on it. Restoration work itself is governed by the written scope and agreement you sign before that work begins.
Using this website
By using waterdamagefixteam.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Water Damage Fix Team, 733 Mary St NW, Lilburn, GA 30047.
The information here is general
The pages on this site describe how water damage restoration generally works, what tends to cause it in this part of Georgia, and how we approach a job. It is written to be genuinely useful, but it is general information about a category of work, not a professional assessment of your building.
No page here is a substitute for someone taking readings at your property. Nothing on this site should be treated as legal advice, insurance advice, engineering advice or medical advice. Where we describe how insurance claims typically work, that is a description of common practice, not a statement about your policy — your insurer and your policy documents are the authority on what you are covered for.
Enquiries and estimates
Submitting the contact form or calling us does not create a contract, and it does not by itself commit us to attend or you to instruct us. Any indication of price given before an inspection is an estimate based on incomplete information, because the extent of a water loss cannot be established without measuring it.
Work is carried out on the basis of the written scope and agreement provided after inspection. Where that document and this page differ, that document governs the work.
Response times
Where we discuss how quickly we can attend, we give an honest assessment at the time of your call based on where crews are and what is already running. Storms and widespread events increase demand across the whole area, and in those conditions realistic timings change. We would rather tell you an accurate time than a convenient one.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every detail remains current. Third-party information referenced on the site — county departments, permitting authorities, stormwater programmes — can change without us knowing. Verify anything you are relying on directly with the relevant authority.
Content and intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to Water Damage Fix Team unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, including sending a page to your insurer or a family member. You may not copy substantial parts of this site to republish elsewhere, or use the name or branding in a way that suggests an association that does not exist.
Links to other sites
Where we link to an outside website, it is because we think the information there is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or its forms to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately false information, to attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting, or to send automated or bulk submissions. We may decline enquiries and block access where this happens.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general information published on this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your rights under the separate written agreement covering work carried out at your property.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
