Nine cities, dispatched from one base in Lilburn. This page is the honest version of a coverage map — what we cover, what makes each area different to work in, and what to do if your street is not on the list.
The Nine Cities
Each of these has its own page, because each one is genuinely a different job. A 1910s bungalow in Stone Mountain Village and a 2015 build in Grayson are not the same water damage call, and pretending otherwise is how work gets done badly.
Our base. Mostly 1970s–80s slab-on-grade ranches, so water spreads sideways rather than down.

Two Counties, Two Sets of Rules
Seven of the nine cities are in Gwinnett; Tucker and Stone Mountain are in DeKalb. That is not trivia — it changes who you deal with when water damage involves drainage, permits or a repair that needs signing off.
Gwinnett County
Seven of the nine- Lilburn, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Norcross, Duluth, Peachtree Corners and Grayson
- Stormwater is handled by the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources, which runs the drains, detention ponds and the flood-risk programme
- Structural repair permits go through the Gwinnett County Department of Planning & Development
- Snellville is the exception — it runs its own stormwater programme through city Public Works
DeKalb County
Two of the nine- Tucker and Stone Mountain
- Stormwater sits with DeKalb County Roads & Drainage, funded by a per-household stormwater utility fee
- DeKalb also operates a FEMA-funded buyout programme for repeatedly flood-prone properties
- Different department, different process — worth knowing before you start chasing the right office
Why We Stopped at Nine
Most restoration sites claim the whole metro. Here is why ours does not.
Because water damage is a response business
The value of calling us is that someone is there while the water is still on the surface. A coverage area drawn wider than we can actually reach quickly is a marketing claim, not a service.
Because local knowledge is the product
Knowing that Lilburn is slab, Snellville has basements, and Stone Mountain Village is full of pre-war bungalows changes what comes on the truck. That knowledge does not scale to a whole metro.
We do go further — we just say so
The nine are where we are regularly, not a fence. Dacula, Suwanee, Decatur, Loganville and the unincorporated areas between all get covered. Call and ask.
And we will tell you when we are the wrong call
If you are far enough out that we cannot get there in time to make a difference, saying so is more use to you than taking the booking.
A Note on Addresses
Two of these areas have mailing addresses that do not match their city limits, which trips people up when they are trying to work out whether they are covered.
Much of Peachtree Corners receives post addressed “Norcross, GA 30092” — even a Gwinnett County facility inside Peachtree Corners uses that address. And the Grayson 30017 ZIP extends well past the city limits into unincorporated Gwinnett, something the city’s own planning documents point out.
Neither affects whether we will come out. If your post says one thing and your county says another, it is still one phone call.
